Win a Night in the Cinderella Castle Suite Thanks to Give Kids The World

My family has a running joke about “upstairs people.” When we bought into DVC, we became upstairs people. When our friends purchased more points than us, we had to move back downstairs. Yeah, it’s a dorky joke. But that upstairs people moniker is about to become very real for a lucky family. Give Kids The World is hosting a contest where the winner will be given the keys to the Cinderella Castle Suite for one night.

Walt Disney originally planned for the Cinderella Castle Suite to be his Magic Kingdom apartment. Unfortunately, he passed away before completing the park, and the suite was used for storage and as a workspace for phone operators. In 2006, Disney transformed it into stunning overnight accommodations. And while many would pay thousands to reserve the suite, you can only gain entry by winning a charity raffle or contest. Give Kids The World is giving all of us that golden ticket chance.

Contest Details

In addition to the overnight suite stay, the lucky winner (and 3 guests) will receive the following:

One (1)-night stay at the Cinderella Castle Suite in Magic Kingdom® Park for up to four (4) persons.
Breakfast for up to four (4) persons at Cinderella’s Royal Table.
Two (2)-night resort stay in a standard room at a Deluxe Disney Resort hotel, for up to four (4) persons.
Three (3)-day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® option for three (3) days of fun for up to four (4) persons.
$500 Disney Gift Card for the winner.
Domestic coach round-trip airfare for four (4) persons.

Each entry costs $10. I expect real upstairs people will buy hundreds of tickets. And that’s cool with me. This contest is a win-win for everyone. Even if you don’t win a Cinderella Castle Suite stay, you’ll be supporting Give Kids The World, a fantastic organization that provides cost-free vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families.
