Permit Suggests Fire System Work at Conservation Station in Animal Kingdom
Disney has filed another permit tied to Conservation Station at Animal Kingdom. No, this one doesn’t have anything to do with Bluey or kangaroos, at least directly. But it’s still an important update for the reimagined space.
Siemens is listed on the filing, tasked with “general construction.” Christopher Willis, a Project Engineer specializing in fire protection and low-voltage systems, is also attached. So it’s safe to assume this Notice of Commencement is about upgraded fire systems.
Conservation Station will soon be home to Bluey’s Wild World, a Bluey and Bingo character experience. Guests won’t just pose with the Australian heelers. They’ll also be able to dance and play games with the sisters.
Disney recently filed a separate permit for significant power upgrades to accommodate whatever those games require. Siemens’ involvement is the next step, ensuring all of that new infrastructure is properly supported and protected.
Bluey’s Wild World and Jumping Junction debut when Conservation Station reopens on May 26, 2026.
