Epic Universe Grand Opening Details Announced

Universal Orlando has shared timing and transportation details for Epic Universe’s grand opening this Thursday. While the park doesn’t open until 9 AM, a “brief celebratory moment” will begin at 8 AM. Here’s the official announcement:

“We’re thrilled to welcome you to the Grand Opening Day of Universal Epic Universe! Join us at 8 AM EST on Thursday, May 22, for a brief celebratory moment as we open the portals to worlds beyond anything you’ve experienced.”

The Epic Universe parking lot opens at 6 AM. Ride share vehicles can begin dropping off at that time. Shuttle buses from all Universal hotels begin service at 6 AM. Turnstiles at the Chronos front entrance and the Helios Grand Hotel will begin admitting guests at 7 AM.
