Disney Vacation Club Kicks Off 35th Anniversary Celebration
Disney Vacation Club is celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2026. Today, they kicked off the festivities with a social media post featuring the celebration’s logo and a virtual birthday cake filled with DVC Resort Easter eggs.
“DVC turns 35 this year! Blow out the candles and help us ‘cake-off’ a year of DVC celebrations.”
No word on what those celebrations are, but we wouldn’t be surprised if they included anniversary merch, member-exclusive events, and special treats similar to what members enjoy during Welcome Home Weeks.
Now for the cake. It might take a little time to find every resort embedded in the artwork, but Disney says they’re in there. Some are obvious (the logos are a dead giveaway), while the others are subtle. I suspect some of the designs reference multiple hotels. Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge, DVC’s 18th resort, isn’t on the cake. It’s still under construction and should open in 2027.
