Cruella, Maleficent, and Captain Hook to Headline “Unfairly Ever After”

Disney World quietly confirmed the three characters that will headline Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After when the show debuts on May 27. In an Instagram post, @wdwannualpassholders also shared new artwork featuring Cruella de Vil, Maleficent, and Captain Hook with the following caption:

“Mirror, mirror in our hand, which villain is most misunderstood in all the land? Which of the three headlining villains in Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After do you think got a bad shake?”

Today’s news aligns with what Disney has previously shared. Earlier concept art shows the trio on the Sunset Showcase stage.

Cruella, Maleficent, and Captain Hook aren’t the only villains in the show. Several others will appear from within the framed portraits surrounding the stage. You can spot those frames in a video shared by Disney Live Entertainment last month.

Not to be outdone, Walt Disney World shared the show’s official poster on its Instagram account.

Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After debuts on May 27 in Hollywood Studios.
