Universal Kids Resort Preview Tickets Sell Out Ahead of Opening
Preview tickets for Universal Kids Resort are starting to disappear. Previews run from June 24–29, 2026, and the two weekend dates – June 27 and 28 – have already sold out.
Update (June 12, 4:45 PM): All preview dates have sold out.
It wouldn’t surprise us to see the remaining preview dates follow suit. Demand for Universal Kids Resort has been strong since tickets went on sale on May 28. Silver Annual Passes sold out just days after launch, and opening-week ticket availability is almost gone. As of publication, only July 5 remains available during the park’s first 11 operating days.
That level of interest has to be encouraging for Universal. Their Frisco park is a completely new concept for the company, about as far removed from Epic Universe as you can get. Instead of their usual E-ticket thrill rides, Universal built a smaller park focused on young families. So far, the strategy seems to be working.
If you are thinking about buying a preview ticket, know that they come with a disclaimer. These are technical rehearsals, which means rides, shows, restaurants, and other experiences may be unavailable at certain times. But judging by demand, plenty of guests are willing to accept that possibility for the chance to be among the first through the gates.
