Surprise! Test Track Soft Opening Begins July 20

I’m starting to think Disney does not care about our countdown clocks. They just announced that Test Track will be available to all guests on July 20 and 21. The reimagined attraction will have its grand opening on July 22.

Disney used a Virtual Queue during Annual Passholder previews, but we expect guests to be able to join the standby line tomorrow morning. While Disney has confirmed that the single rider queue will be part of the ride’s regular operations, we’re unsure it will be available during the soft opening. We think it probably will be.

Test Track 3.0 is getting great reviews from people I trust. Evan Patel, a Kilimanjaro Safaris guide, rode multiple times during previews and shared his spoiler-lite thoughts with us. We’ll be riding in September, so prepare yourselves for way too many photos of the ride.
