Disney Gift Cards Are 10% Off During Google Play Fest
Discounts on Disney Gift Cards are always welcome. Getting those transactions to go through would be nice, too.
Google is offering 10% off $25, $50, $75, and $100 Disney Gift Cards as part of Google Play Fest. The inaugural event runs October 13–19, 2026, with discounts on apps, games, books, and gift cards.
That’s the good news. The bad news is that the Google Play Store can be infuriating.
You’ll need a Google account to make a purchase. Google doesn’t specify a purchase limit for these Disney Gift Cards, but there appears to be one. Several users have reported buying two cards in separate transactions. Some have also reported being able to buy additional cards 24 hours later.
So far, I’ve managed one. My first purchase went through a few minutes ago, but a second transaction produced this alert:
“Your transaction can’t be completed. To continue this transaction, use a different payment instrument or contact us.”
I tried again and got a different warning:
“Your transaction can’t be completed. To continue this transaction, secure your account.”
I checked my account settings and found no security alerts. Plenty of other users have reported similar problems, so expect some trial and error.
For now, I have a $100 Disney Gift Card that cost me $90. I’m willing to jump through a few hoops for free money, so I’ll try again. But I have my limits, even if Google won’t tell me theirs.
Discounted Disney Gift Cards are available in the Google Play Store through October 19, while supplies last.
