Six Ravens Set to Open This Summer at Disney Springs

Six Ravens, the new concept from the owners of Gideon’s Bakehouse, finally has an opening timeline. The savory bakery is set to debut this summer at Disney Springs.

Instead of oversized cookies and cake slices, Six Ravens will specialize in “Coffyns,” pies inspired by Medieval European pastries. The baked yeast rolls will be stuffed with savory fillings.

The Coffyns are designed to be paired with smashed potatoes and dipping sauces like sweet heat and homemade honey mustard. Six Ravens will also serve local beers created in partnership with Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig.

If the food is anywhere near as addictive as Gideon’s half-pound cookies, Disney Springs will be faced with a dilemma: Which impossibly long line are they willing to stand in?
