Princess and the Frog Shops Coming to Disneyland

Two stores inspired by Princess and the Frog are coming to Critter Country in Disneyland. Ray’s Bererts and Louis’ Critter Club will help immerse guests in Princess Tiana’s world. The biggest immersion will come once Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opens later this year.

Ray’s Berets will replace The Briar Patch. This spot will sell headwear, apparel, accessories, and toys. Disney promises you’ll “light up when you see how these bayou bugs have made this home their own!”

Louis’ Critter Club will occupy the left-hand side of Pooh Corner. Once again, guests will find apparel and accessories in this shop, as well as home decor and more. Fans of Winnie the Pooh will be happy to know that the treats side of Pooh Corner will continue as is, offering Hundred Acre Wood merchandise and sweet treats. Tigger Tails aren’t going away!

I wonder when we’ll get similar news about more Tiana’s immersion coming to Magic Kingdom. Princess and the Frog shops would be nice, but I’m hoping for a restaurant that serves Cajun and Creole food. And beignets!

In order to transform the existing stores, the entire Critter Country land will be closed beginning May 1, 2024. Disney didn’t provide a reopening date.
