Frozen Ever After Reopening February 12 Following Short Refurbishment

EPCOT’s Frozen Ever After is set to reopen on February 12, 2026, following a very brief refurbishment. That’s according to the attraction’s availability calendar on the Walt Disney World website.

The downtime is allowing Imagineers to replace the rear-projected Audio-Animatronics for Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff with the tech found at World of Frozen in Hong Kong Disneyland. That’s especially good news for photographers. The days of awkward faces in ride photos are coming to an end.

All told, the refurbishment will take roughly two and a half weeks. Given the short closure, we don’t expect any other major changes to the attraction.
