DVC Opens Welcome Home Center at Fort Wilderness Resort
Disney Vacation Club recently opened a new Welcome Home Center at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Located near Pioneer Hall and set inside one of the resort’s cabins, the space gives prospective buyers a chance to learn about DVC membership and schedule a tour of one of the beautiful new cabins.
We spied the Welcome Home Center during a Fort Wilderness visit last month, albeit while it was under construction.

The Fort Wilderness Welcome Home Center is open daily from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We recommend stopping by on a Magic Kingdom day. Just hop on a boat to Fort Wilderness after you leave the park. Cruising across the Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake is always a win.
If you’re arriving from another park, take a bus to Fort Wilderness, then transfer to one of the resort’s internal buses. Be sure to tell the driver where you’re going, or you might ride the loop for hours. There are no park icons to let you know you’ve arrived, although Lakeshore Lodge is getting pretty big.
