Disney Raises Walt Disney World Annual Pass Prices

Disney Raises Walt Disney World Annual Pass Prices

Disney raised prices on every Walt Disney World Annual Pass tier early this morning, then followed that with a flood of holiday announcements. Muppet Christmas music, Santa Claus, and more. Plenty of festive news to distract from the reality of paying for it all.

We appreciate the effort. But we still see the bill.

The Incredi-Pass took the biggest hit: $120 more for both new purchases and renewals. A family of four has to budget $480 more to visit Disney this year than they did one day ago. The other tiers had more modest increases, ranging from $10 to $40.

Here’s the rundown. Prices do not include tax.

Walt Disney World Annual Pass Previous Price Oct. 2026 Price Total Increase
Incredi-Pass (New) $1,629 $1,749 $120 (7.4%)
Incredi-Pass (Renewal) $1,379 $1,499 $120 (8.7%)
Sorcerer Pass (New) $1,099 $1,139 $40 (3.6%)
Sorcerer Pass (Renewal) $929 $969 $40 (4.3%)
Pirate Pass (New) $869 $909 $40 (4.6%)
Pirate Pass (Renewal) $749 $789 $40 (5.3%)
Pixie Dust Pass (New) $489 $499 $10 (2%)
Pixie Dust Pass (Renewal) $399 $419 $20 (5%)

The Incredi-Pass’s hefty price tag is due to its lack of blockout dates. Want to visit Magic Kingdom on Christmas Day or EPCOT on New Year’s Eve? Have at it. Access on those busiest days comes at a premium.

If shoulder-to-shoulder crowds aren’t your thing, one of the cheaper passes with blockout dates might be better for you. Unfortunately, most people living outside Florida don’t get that choice. The one exception is the Sorcerer Pass, which is also available to DVC Members who qualify for Membership Benefits.

For everyone else outside Florida, the Incredi-Pass is the only Annual Pass option. You’ll have to pay for those holiday dates whether you use them or not.

A reminder for next fall

If you’re planning to buy an Annual Pass next year, don’t wait until October. You have one year after purchase to activate it, and your pass year doesn’t start until you first use it to enter a park. Buying early won’t cost you any park time. Waiting can cost you money.

Disney doesn’t announce price hikes in advance, but early October has become the norm. Our advice? Set a reminder for early September. Give your 2027 self one less thing to complain about.

Already a Passholder? Your renewal window opens 60 days before your pass expires. If that date falls in autumn and you plan to renew, take advantage of the window before Disney takes advantage of your procrastination.
