Disney Jollywood Nights 2026 Guide: Shows, Characters & Tips
What’s this article all about? Disney Jollywood Nights, Hollywood Studios’ classy Christmas party. The paid after-hours event includes cocktails, rare characters, and plenty of entertainment. There’s a lot to fit into five hours, so here’s what you need to know to plan your night, including which shows deserve your time.
The one with the Muppets, obviously.

Times
Parties run from 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM, but ticketed guests can enter Hollywood Studios as early as 5:30 PM. We highly recommend doing that to get a head start on the night. Last year, we used the extra time to queue up to meet Life Day Chewbacca. It saved us a lot of time once the actual party started.
Ticket Prices
Tickets are $169 to $199 per ticket, plus tax. Children ages 3 to 9 will save $10 per ticket, as will Annual Passholders and eligible Disney Vacation Club Members.
Characters
Disney Jollywood Nights is worth the price of admission for its character lineup alone. But you need to have a plan going in. Lines can be long, especially for the more exclusive characters. I already mentioned Life Day Chewie. But lines for Bing Bong, Partysaurus Rex, and many others can be time-consuming. Choose a few. Otherwise, you might have to sacrifice one or more of the party’s great shows.

Entertainment
I know I said that the Jollywood Nights characters are worth the price of admission, but the party’s many shows and other entertainment take it over the top. I mean, they have Muppets. Here are the showtimes and details for all the entertainment offerings:
Disney Holidays in Hollywood
This show, hosted by Kermit and Miss Piggy, features Tiana, Belle, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, along with live singers, dancers, and musicians. It’s a must.

What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along
Want to sing songs from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas with Jack Skellington and Oogie Boogie? Then don’t miss this one.

Checkin’ It Twice Lounge (New in 2026)
This new offering comes with specialty beverages and a DJ. The party can be found in the Animation Courtyard.
Glisten!
Ice skaters performing outside in Florida? It’s a thing thanks to Disney magic. This show features axels, toe loops, and camel spins set to “Be Our Guest,” “When You Wish Upon a Star,” and other Disney classics.

Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!
Fans of fireworks and projections will want to camp out in front of the Chinese Theater before Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! kicks off at 10 PM. The show features moments from Disney holiday films, accompanied by lasers, lights, and music. Very loud music.
Jollywood Nights’ nighttime spectacular is a solid show that was once available without the party paywall. If you need to skip something, this would be our pick. It’s fun, but we wouldn’t miss the party’s other entertainment for it.
Pixar Disco
Want to dance with Edna Mode? How about Joy or Mike Wazowski? Then head to Pixar Plaza for a disco party, held many times each night.
Echo Lake Holiday Celebration
Remember all of those Echo Lake characters I mentioned? They’re part of the Echo Lake Holiday Celebration. Each has a queue, and they can be long. But the photo backdrops are fantastic.
Sunset Seasons Greetings
Want to see a less creepy Hollywood Tower Hotel? Stake out a spot on Sunset Boulevard throughout the night, specifically:

Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club
Jollywood Nights has opportunities for more adult vibes, most notably in the shadow of The Hollywood Terror Hotel. Visit its courtyard for cocktails and live jazz.
Holiday treats & drinks
Before we get to the “regular” Jollywood Nights eat and drinks, we first need to talk about Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby. I’m leading with this one because you’ll want to book a reservation if want want to celebrated the holidays with old-school Hollywood vibes. Your time in the Brown Derby will include light bites, craft cocktails, and smooth holiday tunes.
As a jazz musician, I’m not a fan of calling the genre “smooth.” Or “jazzy” for that matter.
We previously shared an overview of the party-exclusive holiday eats and drinks. I won’t repeat that info here, other than to say you might experience a line at Hollywood Scoops. That’s where the all-new Kermit Chocolate-Pistachio Sundae is being served. Order one and take it to Disney Holidays in Hollywood for some real Muppets synergy.

Disney PhotoPass
Finally, Jollywood Nights has nine excellent PhotoPass opportunities. As is the case with the characters, trying to get them all will mean making some tough choices about the rest of your night. The good news: digital downloads of your PhotoPass images are included with your party ticket.

Our advice
So that’s a lot of stuff, and we’ve never even mentioned rides. Getting it all done takes serious planning. And a little luck. Have your priorities, but leave yourself room to enjoy the night. You’re spending a lot of money, and it’s easy to turn that into pressure to do everything.
You’ll probably miss something. A character line will be too long, or you’ll stop for a snack and decide you enjoy listening to live jazz. That’s a great use of your ticket. Enjoy what you’re doing without worrying about what you could be doing somewhere else.
Unless you’re missing the Muppets. Don’t miss the Muppets.
