2026 Jollywood Nights Food Preview: Kermit Sundae, Rex Brookie, & Popcorn Soda
Disney has revealed the menu for this year’s Disney Jollywood Nights, with new and returning favorites, character-themed desserts, and popcorn Coke.
Normally, we list every dish and drink coming to Disney’s parties and festivals. But the Disney Parks Blog already lays out those menus beautifully. Every other Disney-centric site also publishes the same thing. That used to include us. I’d write an intro, add the menu, and hit publish. We’d rather give you the highlights than another very long scroll.
So let’s dive into the Jollywood Nights menu. Briefly.
At Fairfax Fare, the brand-new Yuletide Ham Popover comes with ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry chutney. I wonder if I can get the cranberry on the side. Or not at all.
While much of the menu is focused on sweets, we were happy to see some excellent returning savory dishes. They include the Birria Taco at ABC Commissary and the barbecue pork-topped Hickory Holiday Mac at Backlot Express.
New desserts include Cookie Butter Croissant Beignets at Epic Eats and a Kermit Chocolate-Pistachio Sundae at Hollywood Scoops. Chocolate and pistachios are an awesome combination. Add Kermit, and you have a winner.
Fairfax Fare is adding A TWIX on a Classic Pie. And Pixar Plaza’s Market gets a Partysaurus Rex Brookie.
Some of the oddest most creative additions are at Ice Cold Hydraulics, where you can combine Coca-Cola with churro-flavored oat milk or Coke Zero Sugar with popcorn-flavored oat milk. The last comes with a popcorn topping.

The new Checkin’ It Twice Lounge offers cocktails and a nonalcoholic Candy Cane Cooler. They’re also serving the returning Warm Caramel-Apple Cider, with and without moonshine.
Finally, the Gertie Cookie is back. Of course it is. The sugar cookie is available at Dinosaur Gertie’s Ice Cream of Extinction.
