Disney Imagineering Files Permit for “it’s a small world” in Magic Kingdom
Walt Disney Imagineering has filed a Notice of Commencement for 1460 Magic Kingdom Drive, better known as the home of “it’s a small world.”
The permit calls for Kentavo to install signage at the iconic attraction. They’ve handled similar work on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, Jungle Cruise, and Na’vi River Journey, among others.

Because this permit comes from WDI and not Disney’s Facility Asset Management (which handles routine maintenance), it likely points to something guests will actually notice. As for what and where? That’s a mystery.
That’s the tradeoff with these NOC filings. You get just enough detail to know something’s happening, but not enough to know exactly what. Sometimes you can connect the dots. Other times, you’re waiting on photographers to spot fresh signs or construction walls.
