Disney Files Perfectly Normal Conservation Station Permit at Animal Kingdom
Disney has filed another Notice of Commencement permit for work at Conservation Station in Animal Kingdom. Buena Vista Construction Company will provide “labor, material and/or electrical for construction.”
As a reminder, Bluey and Bingo are coming to Conservation Station, and Australian animals are moving to the Affection Section. Previous permits provided hints as to what the Bluey experience might include, as well as how the petting zoo could be impacted.
Today’s permit provides far fewer clues. In fact, it’s a nothing burger compared to those previous filings. But I’m using it as a reason to share something Mariann learned last week. Cast Members confirmed that none of the animal exhibits inside Conservation Station are expected to change. Fans of tarantulas, scorpions, snakes, and other critters can rest easy. Non-fans shouldn’t think about what’s just around the corner while standing in line to meet Bluey and Bingo.
Disney previously confirmed that the Veterinary Treatment Room will remain intact. I’ve still never witnessed a procedure through those windows. Someday.
