Disney Destiny Cast Arrives in Germany to Begin Onboard Rehearsals
The cast of the Disney Destiny’s theater productions has arrived in Papenburg, Germany. While the ship won’t sail on its maiden voyage until November 20, 2025, the performers are already settling in. Over the coming weeks, they’ll get comfortable with their new home, rehearse in the Walt Disney Theatre, and fine-tune the shows during a series of preview cruises.
The Destiny will be home to three Broadway-style shows: “Disney Seas the Adventure,” “Frozen, A Musical Spectacular,” and the all-new “Disney Hercules.” After rehearsing for the past 11 weeks in Toronto, the cast will soon begin incorporating the more technical aspects of the shows into their rehearsal. Those elements include costumes, sets, and cutting-edge puppetry.
The Disney Destiny officially sets sail in 64 days.
