Titans of the Underworld Puppets Revealed for Disney Destiny’s “Hercules” Show
Disney shared footage of two Titans of the Underworld coming to the Disney Destiny’s “Hercules” show. The puppets, developed in collaboration with Michael Curry, Disney Live Entertainment, and Walt Disney Imagineering, use a “cutting-edge exoskeleton technology.” And they are massive. I can’t wait to see the scale of the 7-headed hydra.
The Titans may be huge, but they’re also agile. Disney’s reveal video captures performers creating lifelike movements.
Update: Disney just shared concept art showing the two Titans battling with Hercules.
Fans of Animal Kingdom’s Finding Nemo show are already familiar with Michael Curry’s work. He designed the amazing puppets in that show.
The Titans of the Underwold set sail on the Disney Destiny starting November 20, 2025.
