Disney Adds The Muppets, Bluey, and More to MDE Maps
My Disney Experience is ready for tomorrow’s multi-attraction rollout at Walt Disney World. Several refurbished attractions and experiences are now showing in the MDE app’s map.
The biggest visual updates are reserved for Hollywood Studios. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets once again features the larger-than-life guitar and upside-down Cadillac, both decked out in their psychedelic swirls. The only issue I see is with the entrance archway. It’s still painted tan in the app, even though the real version is now a much darker gray.
A little south of Sunset Boulevard, the Sorcerer Mickey hat has been added to The Walt Disney Studios Courtyard. Unfortunately, the map angle keeps us from getting a clear look at the Walt Disney Studios billboard. Ariel’s intense stare makes up for that missing mural, however.
Over at Animal Kingdom, Bluey’s Wild World and Jumping Junction have also been added, though only by name. We were hoping the Conservation Station map might include Bluey, Bingo, or maybe even a few wallabies and kangaroos. No such luck.
Meanwhile, EPCOT’s Land Pavilion map remains unchanged despite the debut of Soarin’ Across America. The attraction is still simply listed as “Soarin’” in the app.
Fans of physical guide maps should also be in luck. We expect updated Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom park maps to debut on Tuesday morning.
