1900 Park Fare Menu Revealed
Disney Eats has shared details about the revamped 1900 Park Fare menu. Fans of the Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup can rest easy. That iconic dish made the cut, along with plenty of other returning items. Chefs have created many new delicious options, as well.
1900 Park Fare will reopen on April 10, 2024, after being closed for the last four years. I guess people missed this restaurant, as there is zero availability for the next 60 days.
1900 Park Fare is open for breakfast and dinner. Both meals are all you care to enjoy. Oh, and Tiana, Aladdin, Mirabel, and Cinderella will visit your table during your meal. That’s an odd assortment of characters, and I’m all here for it.
But I won’t be there for it, because I didn’t wake up early to get a reservation.

- Porchetta with Hunter’s Sauce
- Couscous Salad with dried fruits, almonds, mint, and parsley
- Sun-dried Tomato and Rosemary Focaccia

In addition to typical buffet beverages, 1900 also offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic specialty drinks for an additional charge:
- Lavender Lemonade: Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with flavors of lavender (Non-alcoholic beverage)
- So Many Wishes: Pomegranate green tea, hibiscus, lemon, and a dash of stardust (Non-alcoholic beverage)
- Passion Fruit Daiquiri: Diplomático Planas Extra Añejo Blanco Rum, Aperol Liqueur, passion fruit, vanilla, and lime
- Strawberry Rosé Spritz: La Fête du Rosé, Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and strawberry
Keep checking the Disney website for availability. I’m sure more than a few reservations will be canceled once the dust settles from the opening day stampede.
