Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope von Schweetz Join Disney Destiny's Oceaneer Club

Prepare yourself, kids! The Oceaneer Club on the Disney Destiny is getting life-size statues of Wreck-It Ralph characters. Ralph and Vanellope von Schweetz will greet children at the entrance of the Youth Activities area. In addition to that greatness, Imagineers are also incorporating details from the movie’s Candy Crush video game into the space:

“Disney Imagineers are bringing the video game to life at the entrance of the Youth Activities area by incorporating colorful sweets into every detail, from the candy-shaped lighting fixtures to the custom carpet designed to look like the speedway from the film (with chocolate and caramel sauce outlining the racetracks!).”

The Disney Destiny has a heroes-versus-villains theme. Since Ralph and Vanellope can exhibit characteristics of both, they’re a great choice to be included in the ship’s Oceaneer Club.
