Walt Disney World Raises Lightning Lane Prices
How many more of these price-hike articles are there? In the words of George Washington, “nobody knows.” After writing about increases to Annual Passes, park tickets, tours, and more, we’re now ready to talk about Lightning Lanes. Two of Disney’s three skip-the-line options now have higher maximum prices.
Lightning Lane Multi Pass prices
First up, Multi Passes are seeing peak price increases of $5 to $6. You won’t pay that much every day, but you will when demand is highest.

Lightning Lane Single Pass prices
Single Passes are seeing more modest price hikes. Other than a $3 increase for Cosmic Rewind, most attractions are only going up by $1. And Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance’s ceiling remains unchanged at $25.

I’ll keep rope-dropping and closing the parks the old-fashioned way. The Walt Disney World Lightning Lane price increase isn’t huge, but it’s a reminder that convenience comes at a cost. Thankfully, the best way to enjoy the parks (arriving early, staying late, and having a solid plan) remains free.
