Volcano Bay Nights Tickets Now Available

A paid after-hours event is coming to Universal Orlando Resort. Volcano Bay Nights will welcome guests on select nights in April and May. Here’s Universal’s announcement:

“For the first time ever, guests can slide into an exclusive nighttime adventure at Universal Volcano Bay Nights on select Saturday nights including April 12, 26, and May 3, 10, and 17. This all-new, limited-capacity event allows guests to enjoy their favorite water attractions, live entertainment, DreamWorks character meet and greets, complimentary island treats, and more at the lush, tropical oasis.”

In addition to shorter wait times, guests can dance along with a live DJ or “hula hoop and limbo under the park’s iconic 200-foot Krakatau volcano.” Even I could limbo under a 200-foot mountain.

Party-goers will also have the chance to meet several DreamWorks Animation characters, including Shrek‘s Shrek, Fiona, Puss in Boots, and Kitty Soft Paws; King Julien and Alex from Madagascar; and Poppy, Branch and Guy from Trolls.

Volcano Bay Nights will offer plenty of complimentary treats and drinks, as well. Guests can enjoy Spicy Island Shrimp, Cheesy Cliffside Seashell Pasta, over 100 drink choices, and the Volcano Bay Freestyle Souvenir Cup. Specialty food and beverages will be available for purchase at Kohola Reef Restaurant and Social Club, Dancing Dragons Boat Bar, and Koka Poroka Ice Cream Kona.

Volcano Bay Nights tickets are now available for $99 plus tax, with a 10% discount for Passholders. While the party officially starts at 7 PM, guests can arrive as early as 4 PM.
