Universal Kids Resort Preview Hours: Here’s When the Park Will Be Open
Ticketed Universal Kids Resort previews will take place from June 24–29, 2026. Those dates aren’t currently listed on the park’s main calendar page, but we tracked down the operating hours for all six preview days. If you managed to snag a ticket, you’ll be getting a full day in the park.
Universal Kids Resort Preview Day Hours
- Wednesday, June 24: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Thursday, June 25: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Friday, June 26: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Saturday, June 27: 10 AM – 8 PM
- Sunday, June 28: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Monday, June 29: 10 AM – 7 PM
That’s nine hours of park time on most days and ten on Saturday. That’s better than I expected, considering these are technical rehearsals. Universal is giving guests a full day to explore the park while Team Members test attractions, restaurants, and park operations ahead of the July 1 grand opening.

As of publication, all previews have sold out. That said, availability at Universal Kids Resort has been a little unpredictable. We’ve repeatedly seen dates disappear and then return as additional inventory is released. On the flip side, the website can also show availability even when tickets can’t actually be purchased. Our advice: keep checking back if you’re hoping to attend a preview day.
