New Marquee Installed at Disneyland’s Opera House Ahead of “A Magical Life”

With Walt Disney – A Magical Life debuting soon, Disneyland’s Main Street Opera House has received a new marquee. Installed last night, the sign features a familiar design, albeit in blue and gold. The center reads “Opera House now featuring two dramatic theater presentations!” The left side highlights the new show as “A Magical Life – Walt Disney,” while the right side continues to promote “Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.” The reversed title order for Walt’s show appears to be a deliberate choice to give both names equal weight.

Here’s Disney’s official announcement from social media:

“Another great moment for the Main Street Opera House at Disneyland. Overnight, the marquee was installed featuring ‘Walt Disney – A Magical Life,’ a new attraction debuting July 17, the 70th Anniversary of Disneyland Resort!”

Disney also shared a short video showing the marquee’s overnight installation.
