Monsters Unchained: Sneak Peek Inside Epic Universe’s Dark Universe
Epic Universe fans are playing Universal Creative’s latest video on a loop this morning. In it, Senior Show Coordinator Brooke takes us inside Dark Universe and its signature attraction, Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment. While the video doesn’t give away much, it does have spoilers.
This is perfect marketing (as if Epic Universe needs it). Yes, fans get to see inside Dark Universe, but Brooke is great, too.

We see a few shots of the attraction’s grand staircases featured in the concept art.
She and Production Designer Frances Franceschi take time to “[hold] space for the creative intent of the attraction.”
Brooke also gives us a sneak peek at a Monsters Unchained ride vehicle.
This video is the perfect way to build hype for Epic while highlighting the people who built it. Disney did something similar when they shared a very brief glimpse inside Test Track’s reimagining. I need more of this. Daily shorts inside Universal and Disney attractions. They have endless material, after all.
Epic Universe debuts on May 22.
