It’s Tough to be a Bug! Closing Forever on March 17
Brilliant PR by Disney. They just shared a clip of Ginnifer Goodwin reprising her role as Judy Hopps to get fans excited about Zootopia: Better Zoogether! At the same time, they quietly updated the official It’s Tough to be a Bug page with the following message:
“It’s Tough to be a Bug! will close permanently on March 17, 2025, to make way for Zootopia: Better Zoogether! coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park in winter 2025.”
We knew this was coming, but the timing isn’t ideal for me. I wanted to hear the Bug’s Life theater screams one more time before the attraction closed. Unfortunately, that’s not in the cards. Thank goodness my son filmed the chaos so we can enjoy it forever.
Your last day to enjoy It’s Tough to be a Bug! is March 16, 2025. Zootopia: Better Zoogether! debuts later this year.
