Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree Opening October 25
The reimagined Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree is opening next week in Disneyland Park. Disney made the following announcement on Instagram this afternoon: “Who’s ready for some finger-snappin’ food? 🐻 The Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree at Disneyland will be opening October 25!”
As you may have guessed, the updated Quick Service restaurant will include a heavy dose of the Country Bears. The menu consists of the bears’ favorite dishes from around the country:
“The Bears are taking over Hungry Bear Restaurant and putting their own twist on it with the Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree. After touring from coast to coast performing their tunes, Henry, Wendell, Big Al, and the rest of the gang have put together some of the favorite regional barbecue dishes they discovered along the way, just for you. For those music fans out there, you can feast upon these finger-lickin’ dishes as you enjoy some of the Country Bears’ greatest hits!”

The restaurant is part of a larger retheming of Critter Country. The land will become Bayou Country when Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opens next month. Disney revealed the Bayou Country Cast Member costumes this week.

- New: Smoked Barbecue Combo Platter: A selection of house-smoked meats, served with baked beans, house slaw, white bread, and pickles with a choice of two of the following: Pork Spareribs, Pulled Pork, Sausage Link, or Beef Brisket
