Hogwarts Always Coming to Universal Islands of Adventure

Hogwarts Castle is getting a new nighttime extravaganza this summer. Hogwarts Always, a projection show, will take guests on a journey through a school year at the wizarding school.

“From supply shopping in Diagon Alley, and the exhilarating ride aboard the Hogwarts Express, to participating in the Sorting Ceremony, celebrating the House Cup winner and so much more, this visually stunning experience promises to captivate witches, wizards and Muggles of all ages.”

Guests should listen for dialog from Harry Potter characters. Universal promises they’ll hear from Professor Dumbledore, Hagrid, the Sorting Hat, and more. Hogwarts Always concludes with one of four possible endings (each celebrating a Hogwarts house) and a colorful pyrotechnics display. Universal didn’t provide any details about the soundtrack, but I would expect to hear themes by John Williams and possibly Patrick Doyle, Nicholas Hooper, and Alexandre Desplat throughout the show.

Hogwarts Always debuts on June 14, 2024, in Hogsmeade Village. That should be a busy day in the parks, as DreamWorks Land and CineSational also open that day.
