Fort Wilderness Cabins Owners Can Now Make Reservations

DVC owners with Fort Wilderness Cabins contracts may now book reservations for stays between July 1, 2024, and January 15, 2025. The second date will change daily to coincide with the 11-month booking window.

As of writing, every night is available. This isn’t surprising as existing members are the only ones currently eligible to purchase. New owners may purchase Fort Wilderness Cabins contracts beginning February 27, 2024, and book stays starting March 12. Existing (and eligible) DVC owners who don’t own a Cabin contract will be able to book stays beginning April 24, 2024. That last group will be able to book reservations 7 months out. Reservations can be made online or by calling Disney Vacation Club at (800) 800-9800.

I’m in the last group, so it’ll be a while before I can wake up early and stress over making that non-home DVC reservation. But I can window shop until then. I’ve never seen a DVC availability calendar with so much availability.

Only 30 cabins have been added to the rotation so far. Eventually, 363 cabins will be available for points stays. More will be added as Fort Wilderness Cabin DVC contracts are sold.

I love the banner image Disney created for this resort. I know the aesthetics of these Cabins aren’t for everyone, but they’re definitely for me. We can’t wait to book our first Fort Wilderness Cabins vacation.
