First Look at the Food & Drinks Coming to Epic Universe
Epic Universe officially opens in 100 days! To mark the occasion, Universal shared a first look at several of the food and drink items coming to Orlando’s newest theme park in May. We’ve broken the list down by world for easier browsing. We’ll update this article with new dishes and drinks as they are revealed. All images and descriptions are courtesy of Universal.

Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic
Café L’air De La Sirène
The streets of wizarding Paris are home to delightful cafes, including Café L’air De La Sirène. Dine inside or outside as you enjoy French baked goods, sandwiches, plats du jour and desserts. You can quench your thirst with Butterbeer™ along with a variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks including beer, cocktails and French wines.
Baguette de Dinde

This charmingly scrumptious dish features sliced cracked black pepper turkey piled high with arugula, crisp apples and creamy brie. A warm crusty baguette with zesty mustard butter and apple butter makes this an irresistible combination.
Alchemist’s Platter

This exquisite spread features smoked sausage, potato and cheese pierogies, and tangy pickled eggs. Vibrant marinated beets, savory caramelized onions, and a warm pretzel are served with zesty German mustard and cheese fondue.
Butterbeer™ Crepe

This whimsical creation is a delight for Butterbeer™ lovers. Crepe filled with a delicious shortbread cookie butter Bavarian cream, Butterbeer™ cream and topped with fresh strawberries, Butterbeer™ drizzle and a Butterbeer™ shortbread cookie.
Lentil Stew (VG)

Warm your spirit with a flavorful blend of tender lentils, savory vegan bacon, and vibrant root vegetables. Served with artisan bread, this comforting dish is hearty and filling.
Quiche Lorraine

This savory dish features egg custard baked in a flaky pie crust filled with crispy bacon, gruyère cheese and caramelized onions with mornay sauce. A side of fresh berries topped with a lavender honey drizzle rounds out this delectable taste of France.

Atlantic
Across the shimmering waters of the Neptune pool in Celestial Park, Atlantic is an undersea culinary fantasy. Inside glass walls reminiscent of an enormous Victorian aquarium, starfish dwell peacefully with serene, illuminated fish swimming above you. Indulge in exceptional seafood and steaks or enjoy a cocktail at the lively Aquaria Bar.
Sea Bass

A delectable portion of Sea Bass nestled amid the subtle sweetness of carrot mochi and vibrant crunch of fresh sugar snap peas. Aromatic lemongrass broth complements the buttery bass, while starfruit slices add a splash of tropical citrus notes.
Romesco Romanesco

Enjoy oven-roasted Romanesco, wild mushrooms and pea tendrils on a bed of fregola and hazelnut romesco.
Northern Lights Martini

A delight to your senses, this vodka cocktail has Limoncello and dry Curacao, garnished with your very own northern lights a butterfly pea blossom ice sphere in gold luster dust spray.

The Plastered Owl

Pizza Moon
Turns out the moon really is made of cheese… and pepperoni. Gather your group and blast off to Pizza Moon in Celestial Park, an early 1900s Victorian theater converted into a spectacular eatery where the finest pizzas in Universal Epic Universe are prepared. From a basic cheese pie to the works, every pizza deserves a standing ovation.
Space Cowboy

Saddle up for our space adventure, featuring tangy BBQ sauce tender rotisserie chicken, pickled red onions, Castelvetrano olives and crunchy BBQ potato chips.
The Giant Mushroom

Experience the earthy flavors of this pie. Topped with creamy roasted garlic bechamel, fromage de lune, savory wild mushrooms and drizzled with truffle aioli, this pie is a culinary adventure.
A Trip to Vesuvio

Dark Universe
Das Stakehus
Shrouded in mystery, Das Stakehaus is an old inn and dining hall built over the ruins of ancient catacombs. Here you can enjoy a meal surrounded by vampire artwork and artifacts. In fact, the restaurant is run by vampires’ “familiars”, or servants. Just don’t venture down to the catacombs below, or you might find yourself on the vampires’ menu.
Bird on a Stake

Sink your teeth into a scrumptious meal on a stake! With three frightfully tasty protein options, each served with roasted veggies and charred green onion mashed potatoes, these are sure to ignite your cravings.
Darkmoor Black Wings

Dare to try our Darkmoor spicy chili-dusted fried wings with smoky cheddar, charred scallions and soy chili garlic sauce. A pimento cornbread skull adds a charmingly creepy touch. Coleslaw offers a reprieve from the heat of this dark dish.
Our Favorite Vegan Familiar’s Stuffed Cabbage

Featuring vegan meat wrapped in tender cabbage leaves and nestled in a rich bell pepper tomato sauce, accompanied by a vibrant beet bucatini, this dish not only dazzles the eyes but also tempts the palate.
“Blood Orange” Chicken Sandwich

Sink your teeth into this wickedly delicious creation. Flash-fried, marinated chicken breast in a tantalizing blood orange sauce, served in a sinister black bun with tangy pickles and coleslaw. Crispy fries complement this dish.

The Burning Blade Tavern
The Burning Blade Tavern is the old mill which Darkmoor Village’s monster hunters have transformed into their hangout. Here guests will discover stories of some of the countryside’s most accomplished creature capturers along with a menu of burgers, wings, bratwursts, pretzels and beverages.

De Lacey’s Cottage
Near Frankenstein Manor sits De Lacey’s Cottage, where the original Frankenstein’s Monster once received sustenance and friendship. Now snacks and cool treats are offered here to those wandering through Darkmoor Village. Visitors can refresh themselves with cinnamon bites, pretzels and more.
The Plastered Owl
Amazing ales and good times are on tap in this whimsical bar. Named for a comical celestial owl, this hot spot serves up the coldest beers from the tap of the ancient tree at the tavern’s center. While here, check out the adventures of the Plastered Owl and his companions captured on the wall carvings all around you.
Star Sui Bao
Perched near Stardust Racers in Celestial Park, Star Sui Bao is an Asian food cart offering unique takes on the traditional steamed Asian bao bun.
Frosty Moon
Tucked away among the greenery of Celestial Park is the Frosty Moon ice cream stand, featuring a fuchsia ice cream cone ringed with gold orbits atop the kiosk, hinting at the snowy treats inside.
Comet Dogs
Treat your tastebuds to out-of-this-world hot dogs. With all the best toppings, Comet Dogs is sure to please. Grab a bite and enjoy the celestial music and sights of Constellation Carousel nearby.
Celestiki
It’s the trendiest tiki bar in the cosmos! Explorers can enjoy exotic drinks that can’t be found anywhere else in the universe, like Waturi Punch, a refreshing rum cocktail. Sip up and chill out.
Waturi Punch

Guests can transport to an island oasis with a refreshing blend of rum, bitters and fruit juices.
Bar Zenith
Ignite your tastebuds with this invigorating concoction featuring light rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and a splash of mint essence. A sprig of mint and a lime wheel complete this feel-good sipper.
Meteor Strike

A cosmic blend of light rum, triple sec, zesty lime and pineapple juices, topped with lemon-lime soda and a sprinkle of edible gold glitter, and garnished by a flaming lemon extract-infused raw sugar cube meteor.
How to Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk
Mead Hall
Here’s the place to eat and drink like a Viking! The massive Mead Hall is Berk’s main gathering place, a grand chamber hewn from mountain rock where Vikings feast on a hearty menu including meat, fish, sandwiches and desserts. Beverages include assorted meads, ciders and ales.
Thawfest Platter

Feast like a Viking with this grand spread of tender chicken drumsticks glazed in a wild berry BBQ glaze, grilled salmon and succulent sausage served with a medley of roasted carrots, cipollini onions, Nordic fries and side sauces.
