First-Ever Duffy and Friends Shop Coming to Disney Adventure

The Disney Adventure is set to debut several first-of-their-kind retail experiences. One in particular may cause a frenzy among Duffy fans. The ship will be home to the first-ever dedicated Duffy and Friends Shop. Here’s the official announcement:

“Duffy and Friends fans – this one is for you! The Disney Adventure will be home to the first-ever dedicated Duffy and Friends Shop. Expect exclusive merchandise that showcases Duffy and all his friends in adorable nautical-themed outfits, making this a can’t-miss spot for collectors and fans alike.”

Imagine the vibe in Duffy and Friends Shop on embarkation day. Or any other cruise day. Prepare yourselves.

Perhaps you’d rather shop at a familiar park favorite. World of Disney, the store we all know and love, is finally opening its doors on a Disney ship. According to Disney, the retail space is “inspired by the rich natural beauty and cultural icons of Southeast Asia.” A second version – World of Disney Too – offers a more “intimate” shopping experience.

In another first, the Disney Adventure will welcome the National Geographic Store. The space will specialize in Disney Cruise Line / Nat Geo co-branded merchandise like shirts, hats, and bags.

Diamonds & Wishes and Treasures Untold, both of which can be found on other ships, will offer an “elegant mix of luxury items, limited-edition collectibles, and high-end accessories for guests looking for that perfect keepsake.”

Finally, concierge guests will enjoy shopping in two exclusive boutiques. Palace Treasures will feature luxury goods and fine jewelry, while 3 Wishes will sell one-of-a-kind apparel, souvenirs, and collectibles.

All told, the Disney Adventure has nearly 17,000 square feet of retail space, which is necessary on a ship that can accommodate up to 6,700 passengers. I hope they all don’t want to buy Duffy gear at the same time.

The Disney Adventure sets sail from Singapore on its maiden voyage on December 15, 2025.
