EPCOT’s La Poutinerie Will Serve Two Types of Poutine
Canada Day is July 1. Appropriately, that’s when La Poutinerie will debut in EPCOT’s World Showcase. The quick-service location, which replaces the Refreshment Port, will offer a Canada-centric menu. That means plenty of poutine and Molson.
For the uninitiated, poutine is the perfect dish, combining French fries, cheese curds, and gravy. I had my first plate at Le Cellier nearly 20 years ago and have been hooked ever since.
La Poutinerie’s menu features two versions of the Canadian classic. Québec: L’Authentique sticks to the traditional formula, while Montréal: Viande Fumée adds smoked meat and additional toppings. That one answers the question, “What if we made this even less healthy?”
