Eight New Experiences Blooming at EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival in 2025

Eight new experiences are coming to the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival next month. From Moana to new eats, it sounds like our favorite EPCOT festival will be even better in 2025.

1. Moana Topiaries

Maui, Moana, Heihei, and Pua are getting the topiary treatment (I’m sure they won’t be as big as Te Fiti, though). It sounds like the crew is getting top billing with a place at the park’s entrance:

“An all-new topiary display will be making big waves this year at the main entrance of EPCOT – make way for Maui, Moana, Heihei and Pua! Crafted with an artist’s careful eye and the horticulturalists’ loving care, these new topiaries will be the perfect welcome to guests walking into the park for a full day of floral fun.”

2. Figment Topiary Magic Shot

Want me to feel like a dork? Have me pose for a PhotoPass Magic Shot. This year, I’ll be happy to feel self-conscious while posing for the Figment Topiary Magic Shot. Disney promises a second, unnamed photo, as well.

3. Playalong Bay Play Garden

The Playalong Bay Play Garden presented by Smucker’s Uncrustables pays homage to the Yacht and Beach Club’s unmatched Stormalong Bay. This nautically-inspired playground can be found between the Imagination! pavilion and the entrance to the World Showcase.

4. Yacht Grub and Beach Grub

Keeping with the theme, the Yacht Grub and Beach Grub outdoor kitchens will serve up seafood dishes. I’m digging the play on words.

The Florida Fresh and EPCOT Farmers Feast kitchens can be found at the CommuniCore Plaza window and inside CommuniCore Hall this year.

5. 30th-anniversary merch

Want Flower & Garden 30th anniversary clothing and accessories? EPCOT has you covered. Featured products include an Orange Bird spirit jersey, Spike the Bee bags and plushes, and Alice in Wonderland ears.

6. Inside Out 2 garden

Emotional plants are coming to World Celebration in honor of Disney’s biggest movie of 2024, Inside Out 2.

7. Garden Rocks Concert Series

Nope, Garden Rocks isn’t anything new. But some of the performers are. We shared the list a while back, but Disney announced more acts today.

  • March 30-31 – Queensrÿche (NEW)
  • May 11-12 – Maverick City Music (NEW)
  • May 23-24 – The Outlaws (NEW)
  • May 30-31 – The Cat Empire (NEW)
  • June 1-2 – We The Kingdom (NEW)

8. CommuniCore Hall stuff

CommuniCore Hall finally came into its own with this year’s Festival of the Arts. Let’s hope the trend continues with Flower & Garden. From Disney:

“There’s a new activation getting ready to bloom at CommuniCore Hall! Get a bee’s eye view at CommuniCore Hall, with a new gallery that is larger than life! Grab a bite at EPCOT Farmers Feast and learn more about how Disney’s Horticulture team brings topiaries, flower towers and more to the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.”

EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival runs from March 5 through June 2. I’ll be sure to take plenty of pics when we visit in April.
