Disney Shares “Reclaimed and Reforged” Lightsaber Photos

Disney Shares

Disney shared new photos of the “Reclaimed and Reforged” lightsaber materials coming to Savi’s Workshop. Starting May the 4th (and for a limited time), Disneyland and Hollywood Studios guests can construct their lightsabers from scrap pieces. I promise it’s better than it sounds! Let’s hear from Disney:

The remains of ancient battles, crashed ships and other abandoned pieces of scrap can be found all over the galaxy. To most people it may look like junk, but to the resourceful Jedi, it may just be the key to constructing a new lightsaber.

In the new hilt theme titled “Reclaimed and Reforged,” guests will be able to build their own lightsabers from scraps that have been scavenged from the distant reaches of the galaxy’s outer rim and have made their way to Batuu. When brought together, they form something entirely new — yet forever bound to the mysteries of the past.

Each guest will receive a box of Reclaimed and Reforged parts, including:

  • 1 hilt
  • 4 sleeves (pick 2)
  • 2 emitters (pick 1)
  • 2 pommel caps (pick 1)
  • 2 sets of activation plates and switches (pick 1 set)

Whatever guests don’t use will be returned to Savi’s inventory. If scrap metal isn’t their thing, they can always build one of four permanent options: Peace and Justice, Power and Control, Elemental Nature, and Protection and Defense.

Savi’s is an expensive Galaxy’s Edge outing, but it’s worth it if you’re a Star Wars fan. My son and I had a blast building our Peace and Justice saber a few years ago.
