Disney Provides First Look at Frozen Ever After Animatronics

Disney has shared a first look at the updated Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff Audio-Animatronics inside Frozen Ever After ahead of the attraction’s reopening tomorrow.

The photos revealed characters with much more natural expressions, thanks to their new silicone heads. The trio will look better in person and in photographs, as evidenced by Disney’s beautiful images.

Guests have been anticipating this upgrade since Hong Kong Disneyland’s World of Frozen raised the bar in 2023. Now EPCOT has caught up, and did so with minimal disruptions. The ride has been significantly upgraded in just 16 days.

Imagineers didn’t stop at Frozen heads. During the closure, teams also updated the show control system and refined lighting throughout multiple scenes.
