Disney and LEGO Unveil Massive Main Street, U.S.A. Set

Disney and LEGO fans, prepare yourselves. Disney Store has shared details on an upcoming LEGO release, and it’s none other than Main Street, U.S.A. The name feels purposefully ambiguous, as the set captures the essence of both Disneyland’s and Magic Kingdom’s iconic boulevard.

But anyone who has walked down both streets will recognize that this one leans much more toward Disneyland.

LEGO Main Street, U.S.A., which totals 3,899 pieces, includes the Disneyland Fire Department, Emporium, and Crystal Arcade. It also comes with 16 minifigs. That lineup features Mickey & Minnie, the Dapper Dans, and a handful of park guests, among others. There are also various accessories, like ear headbands, Mickey balloons, churros, and popcorn.

But that’s not all. This set also includes some nods to Disney history. The Fire Department includes Walt’s apartment on the top floor. Look for the lamp in the window. The Emporium has a miniature version of Cinderella Castle.

There are also a few Disney IP Easter eggs, including WALL-E, Sebastian from The Little Mermaid, the rose from Beauty and the Beast, and references to Star Wars (Grogu), Toy Story, and Marvel characters.

According to Disney Store social media, the set will drop on June 1 on its website. LEGO Insiders will also be able to purchase the set on LEGO.com that same day, while non-members will have to wait until June 4.

LEGO Main Street, U.S.A. will set you back $399.99 USD. Even as a Disney and LEGO fan, that seems a little steep. Another reason that gives me pause is the size. The set measures 11 inches (28 cm) high, 31 inches (78 cm) wide, and 6.5 inches (16 cm) deep. But if I were loaded and living in a Golden Oak mansion, I’d absolutely buy this. I may still.
