Ankole Calf Makes Kilimanjaro Safaris Debut at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Raisin, an Ankole calf, made her debut on Kilimanjaro Safaris at Disney’s Animal Kingdom this morning. Disney announced the news on social media. They also shared plenty of photos of the park’s newest resident.

“The forecast for baby Raisin’s savanna debut this morning? A few showers and a 100% chance of cuteness! Be sure to keep an eye out for this little Ankole calf on your next Kilimanjaro Safaris adventure at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.”

Raisin isn’t the only Ankole calf to arrive at Disney World this year. Winnie, the first born at the resort in more than 20 years, has been greeting guests at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge since March. Cinnamon made her Kilimanjaro Safaris debut in June.

I can’t wait to photograph all the Ankole next month.
