2026 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Tickets Now on Sale; Halloween Sells Out

2026 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets went on sale this morning. Disney dropped this year’s details while I was wandering around Animal Kingdom on vacation, so yes, I’m a little late to the party. Please forgive me.

The 2026 event season starts earlier than ever on August 7. That’s a full week ahead of 2025’s first event, though Disney is still capping it at 38 total parties.

For the second year in a row, Halloween night sold out within hours of tickets going on sale to the general public. Previously, that ultimate party took days to sell out. Fans are undeterred by the $229 price tag (the most expensive of the season).

With an instant sell-out last year, we expected a price increase for 2026’s Halloween night party. After two years of that demand, a 2027 increase feels inevitable.

At the time of writing, every other 2026 date is still available. August has the best prices. The only trade-off? You’ll have to wear your Halloween costume in August’s sweltering temps. Or just wear a T-shirt and shorts like I do. Comfort over style always.

Annual Passholders and eligible Disney Vacation Club members will save $10 per ticket through the October 2 party. Then it’s full price.

Party times

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party officially runs from 7 PM to midnight, but party guests can enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4 PM. Those extra three hours don’t completely erase the sting of the ticket prices, but they help.

And for guests without party tickets? Party season is one of the best times to visit Magic Kingdom during the day. Since the park closes at 7 PM on event nights, many vacationers avoid it entirely. Our advice: Slam rides, then hop to another park.
