Registration for Remaining 2024 Moonlight Magic Events Opens September 19

Disney surprised many with last week’s news that Animal Kingdom is getting three more Moonlight Magic events in 2024. Today, members with qualifying hotel reservations were informed that registration for those parties is happening tomorrow, September 19 at 11 AM Eastern US. That’s a quick turnaround! I need to clear my calendar.

Done.

Animal Kingdom’s new dates are as follows:

October 24, 2024
November 21, 2024
December 10, 2024

~~Disney did not share when registration will be available to DVC members who aren’t booked at a DVC resort on an event date. We’ll let you know when that information is released.~~

Update: Registration for guests without qualifying hotel reservations opens on October 8, 2024. There is limited availability, so be ready when the virtual queue opens.

Moonlight Magic’s registration is a lot less stressful than booking boarding groups at 7 AM. Be sure to join the queue before 11 AM tomorrow and you’ll be assigned a random order number at the top of the hour. Never refresh your browser once you join. The registration link can be found in the email DVC sent earlier today.

We loved attending Moonlight Magic in Animal Kingdom this past April. We hope we’re lucky enough to go back in November!
