Photo Gallery: Disneyland Paris Blanketed in Snow

Much like the US, France has been experiencing some wintery weather, and Disneyland Paris was blanketed in snow for the first time this winter. Disney Parks Blog shared photos of the snow-covered park. Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant (Sleeping Beauty Castle) looks especially terrific. We’ll never see Cinderella Castle in this setting, which makes me want to visit Disneyland Paris even more.
After a couple of inches of snow fell overnight in Paris, cast members captured today’s amazing photos of our popular snow-covered attractions, including Big Thunder Mountain, Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, Phantom Manor and more.

Snow is not entirely uncommon in Paris. The city averages 3 – 15 snowy days per year. Would you rather visit a snow-covered Disneyland Paris or Disney World in August? I think I’d have to go with Paris.
