Joe from Legal Explains the Proper Spelling of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets
Joe from Legal is back. The weasel (and no, that’s not an insult, it’s literally what he is) crashed The Electric Mayhem’s concert a few nights ago, preventing John Stamos from performing with the band. Today, he returned to clarify the proper spelling of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets.
“Now, as we approach opening day, I’d like to advise press, dignitaries, government officials, influencers, fans, and humanity at large to please take note. The official attraction title is Rock apostrophe lowercase n apostrophe Roller Coaster — two words. Not Rockin’ Roller Coaster. Not Rock and Rollercoaster. The apostrophes indicate the omission of the letters A and D and serve as a pun on ‘Rock and Roll,’ with ‘Roll’ being replaced by ‘Roller.’
“And furthermore, roller coaster is, and has always been, two separate words. Roller. Space. Coaster. Not to be confused with any other coasters in any other parks.”
Joe from Legal, also known as Joe the Legal Weasel, is a relatively new Muppet character that was first introduced during Muppets Now. The puppet itself, however, has been around for years. Case in point: before wrapping up his latest rant, Joe informed guests that he can usually be found near the attraction entrance, attempting to meet the ride’s minimum height requirement.
“Fortunately, I’ve already passed the bar.”
