First Look: Han Solo at Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland
Disney and Star Wars have shared a first look at Han Solo, who will soon be arriving on Batuu in Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge.
In the video, Han exits Oga’s Cantina and links up with Chewbacca beside the Millennium Falcon. And yes, the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy is still being held together with spare parts. Chewy is not thrilled.
Han’s arrival is the result of Disney loosening Batuu’s once-rigid timeline, opening the door for original trilogy characters to visit the Outer Rim world. Han will be joined by Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, Darth Vader, and a squad of Imperial Stormtroopers in Anaheim.
No word yet on when that rebellion reaches Batuu East at Hollywood Studios. For now, the Force is only strong on the West Coast. Han and the rest arrive in Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge on April 29, 2026.
