Disney Reveals New Mandalorian Mission Briefing for Smugglers Run

Disney released the mission briefing guests will receive before entering the cockpit on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run when the Mandalorian and Grogu join the attraction later this month. Din Djarin, transmitting from the Razor Crest, relays the following message:

“Listen up, crew. Our bounties are two imperial officers and a pirate. Our goal is to capture them and collect any crates they’re transporting. Thanks to Hondo’s intel, we know they’re on Tattooine. Grogu and I will meet you there.”

Grogu looks thrilled to be along for the ride. And Smugglers Run engineers should be, too. For the first time, they’ll get to do more than repair the busted Falcon by pressing a few flashing buttons. Instead, they’ll interact directly with Grogu throughout the flight, a nice upgrade for the least glamorous role on the Falcon.

Whenever I’m an engineer, I get so bored that I usually resort to backseat flying.

It’ll also be nice to explore new worlds without worrying about stealing coaxium. The updated ride will allow us to explore Bespin, the Death Star wreckage on Endor, or Coruscant.

The Mandalorian and Grogu join Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run on May 22, 2026, the same day the duo’s film hits theaters.
