Disney Experiences Looking to Hire Content Creator for planDisney

The planDisney Panel – Disney’s official Q&A service staffed by super fans who help guests plan their trips – is hiring. And unlike the panelists you’re used to seeing, this role comes with an actual paycheck.

Disney Experiences is looking for a Digital Integration Specialist. In simple terms, they need someone comfortable with content creation, strategy, and tech. Think part producer, part editor, part on-camera personality.

planDisney is well known in the Disney community. Its panelists aren’t traditional employees. Instead, they’re super fans who volunteer their time and are compensated with Disney vacations. This role is different. It’s a professional position designed to support the panel.

Here’s how Disney describes it:

Are you a creator at heart with a strategist’s mindset? Do you have a passion for storytelling? The Digital Integration Specialist may be the role for you!

In this role you will play a key role in bringing the planDisney program to life through creator-led, digitally integrated storytelling. This role blends content creation, editorial strategy, and technology enablement to inspire, inform, and simplify the Disney vacation planning journey.

Serving as both behind-the-camera producer/editor, and sometimes an on-camera personality,  this individual develops compelling, platform-native content that drives simplicity, affordability, and fandom across Disney’s digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a modern content creator—equally comfortable developing editorial strategies, producing and editing content, leveraging emerging technologies, and engaging directly with audiences. They have a strong point of view on digital storytelling, understand how to translate guest insights into content that performs, and thrive at the intersection of creativity, data, and innovation.

If that sounds like you, the full job listing, including responsibilities, qualifications, and compensation, is available on the Disney Careers website.
