Destination D23 2025: The Four Panels You Can’t Miss for Disney Parks News

Destination D23 2025 kicks off tomorrow morning at Coronado Springs. Two weeks ago, we learned there wouldn’t be a dedicated Disney Experiences panel, but don’t worry. Disney still has plenty of parks news lined up for the weekend. Tonight, the Disney Parks Blog revealed exactly which panels will deliver the big announcements:

“We’re just a few days away from Destination D23. Check out DisneyParksBlog.com and our social handles for all the latest updates this weekend.”

That message was accompanied by new graphics for four panels:

We thought Disney might drop some park news during the Walt Disney Studios Showcase panel, but that might not to be the case.

We’re most looking forward to the Disney Villains session. While we’ve recently learned details about Monstropolis, the Muppets’ takeover of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, Tropical Americas, Piston Peak, and more, we know very little about what’s coming to the north end of Magic Kingdom. That could change shortly after 9 AM Sunday. That’s when the Disney Experiences team and a few villains will tell us about “new projects and attractions.”

While D23 Gold Members will be able to watch some of the proceedings online, three of the four parks-related panels will not be streamed. The only one available is Beyond the Spires: An Insider Look at Disney Castles at 2:50 PM ET on Sunday.

We’ll be covering every Destination D23 announcement as it happens, so stay tuned for updates all weekend long.
