Destination D23 2025: How to Watch the Live Stream
Didn’t snag a ticket to Destination D23? You can still catch part of the magic from your couch, but only if you’re a D23 Gold Member. Disney announced that select sessions from next week’s event will be live-streamed. They won’t be archived, so you’ll need to watch in real time.
Not every panel is available in the virtual D23 Gold Theater, unfortunately. Among others, virtual guests will miss the following sessions:
- Disney Villains: Icons of Evil
- Creating the Happiest Place on Earth
- Walt Disney Studios Showcase
- What’s Cooking with Disney Eats?
With no dedicated Disney Experiences panel this year, those sessions will likely include park-centric news. Beyond the Spires: An Insider Look at Disney Castles is available, so online guests might still hear a park announcement or two as they happen.

Disney has already teased big Disney World updates this week. We learned that the penguins are coming to Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is getting “new magic.” And Zootopia: Better Zoogether! is an Earth Day-type celebration. We expect even more Parks and Cruise Line announcements at Destination D23 2025. While only Gold Members can stream select sessions, we’ll have full coverage of all the reveals here and on our social channels.
