Annual Passholder Reservations Gone for Disney Starlight Debut at Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom has sold out of Annual Passholder park reservations for the debut of Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away on July 20. Park reservations are still available at Disney World’s other parks, so hopping is a possibility, subject to availability. We recommend doing that earlier than later to ensure you get a spot along the parade route. Magic Kingdom could reach capacity that evening.

In anticipation of big crowds, Disney recently adjusted their Annual Passholder “after 2 PM” rule. Now, guests need a park reservation to enter Magic Kingdom, no matter the time or day. Here’s the official update:

“Annual Passholders visiting Magic Kingdom park at any time of day (including after 2:00 PM) must have a theme park reservation.”

While more Magic Kingdom passes may show up in the future, go ahead and grab a pass to another park and plan to hop on July 20. I have a feeling Disney Starlight is going to be worth the hassle.
