Animal Kingdom’s Corra Celebrates First Birthday

Corra just celebrated her first birthday! I’ve been obsessed with Animal Kingdom’s youngest elephant since Disney announced her birth last year. I booked Caring for Giants just to see her. She napped the entire time, hidden around the corner. But then she put on a show in June and all was forgiven.

“Disney’s youngest African elephant, Corra, is turning ONE today! To celebrate, her keepers gave her some of her favorite treats like peanut butter and bamboo! Just like any toddler, she made a little bit of a mess at her own party.This year, she has hit some major milestones, from lifting her tiny feet for check-ups to sampling solid foods.
